Replacement Signals: The filter element needs to be replaced promptly when the following conditions occur:

The purifier's suction power decreases significantly, failing to effectively capture welding fumes;

Visible particle accumulation on the filter element surface, or dust spots appearing on the airflow outlet side (indicating the filter media is saturated and has begun to allow dust to pass through);

Pre-Cleanup: Before installing a new filter cartridge, check and clean any residual dust from the air ducts and air inlets inside the purifier to prevent old dust from adhering to the new filter cartridge and causing secondary pollution.
