The Schneider Electric Water Flow Switch CP-LI-FL-SW-NPT0 is an NPT-threaded inline paddle-type flow switch designed for chilled water, hot water, and condenser water piping in HVAC systems. It provides a reliable digital on/off flow confirmation signal to protect hydronic equipment and control sequences.
Used as safety interlocks on chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and AHU coils to confirm adequate water flow before enabling refrigeration or heating cycles. Prevents chiller barrel freeze-up, boiler dry-fire, and coil damage caused by low or no-flow conditions. Also used on domestic cold and hot water services for leak detection and pump confirmation.
