The ABB IO/S8.6.1.1 is a high-capacity 8-channel binary I/O actuator of the ABB i-bus® KNX smart building control system, equipped with MDRC (Multi-Device Remote Control) functionality. ABB IO/S8.6.1.1 is engineered for large-scale binary input/output control in smart buildings, featuring 8 independent programmable channels with 6A switching capacity per channel, enabling flexible ETS-programmed linkage between dry/floating contact inputs and relay outputs. As a key KNX bus device, it seamlessly connects traditional physical switches, motion sensors and other binary signal devices with lighting, small electrical loads and auxiliary equipment, realizing centralized, automated and remote control of multi-zone loads. With a compact DIN-rail mounting design, IP20 protection, screwless KNX bus connection and dual power supply, it ensures easy installation, stable 24/7 operation in cabinet environments and high compatibility with KNX systems, making it an ideal high-density binary control solution for medium and large commercial, residential and industrial smart building projects.
