The ABB AE/A2.1 is a high-precision 2-channel analogue input module belonging to the ABB i-bus® KNX smart building control system, engineered for reliable collection and conversion of analog signals into KNX bus-compatible digital data. Designed for seamless integration with various sensors and transducers, it captures standard analog signals (voltage/current) and temperature signals from PT100/PT1000 sensors, with 2 independent, programmable input channels for flexible signal configuration via ETS software. Featuring a compact surface-mount design with IP54 protection, it is suitable for both cabinet and on-site wall installation, delivering stable signal acquisition for building environmental monitoring, energy consumption data collection and industrial auxiliary sensing. As a core KNX analog signal acquisition component, AE/A2.1 enables real-time data transmission to the central building management system (BMS), laying a foundation for intelligent regulation and data analysis of building equipment.
