The ABB AE/S 4.1.1.3 is a 4-channel analogue input module of ABB i-bus® KNX smart building control system with MDRC functionality, specialized in high-precision collection, conversion and processing of multi-type analog signals. It supports connection with four commercial sensors, captures diverse signals including voltage, current, resistance, PT100/PT1000 temperature signals and floating contacts, and integrates a 24V DC power supply for external sensors. With bus and mains dual power supply, screwless KNX bus connection and screw terminals for sensor wiring, it features ETS software parameterization and programming, compact DIN-rail mounting design and IP20 protection. As a core analog signal acquisition component for KNX systems, AE/S 4.1.1.3 realizes real-time transmission of analog data to the central BMS, providing reliable data support for intelligent building regulation and data analysis.

AE/S 4.1.1.3 Commercial Building Multi-Parameter Monitoring
Applied in office towers, shopping malls and hotels to connect temperature, humidity, CO₂, air pressure and brightness sensors for simultaneous collection of multiple environmental parameters. Transmit real-time data to KNX BMS to realize intelligent linkage control of HVAC, ventilation and lighting systems, optimizing indoor comfort and energy efficiency.
AE/S 4.1.1.3 Industrial Energy Consumption & Equipment Sensing
Used in industrial parks, production workshops and logistics warehouses to connect energy meters, current/voltage transducers and liquid level/pressure sensors. Collect analog signals of electricity/water/gas consumption and equipment operating parameters, supporting energy consumption statistics, equipment status monitoring and abnormal alarm.
AE/S 4.1.1.3 HVAC System Closed-Loop Control
Matched with central air conditioning, fan coil and water supply systems in large buildings. Collect pipeline temperature (PT100/PT1000), water pressure and air supply flow analog signals to realize closed-loop intelligent regulation of HVAC equipment, improving operation efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
AE/S 4.1.1.3 Public Building Environmental & Safety Sensing
Installed in schools, hospitals, government buildings and metro stations to collect analog signals of indoor temperature, humidity, air quality and fire-fighting system pressure. Provide data support for public building environmental control and safety early warning, complying with public facility operation standards.
AE/S 4.1.1.3 Mixed-Use Development Integrated Sensing
Serves as the analog signal acquisition core for KNX systems in mixed-use towers and residential communities. Realize unified collection and transmission of environmental parameters, energy consumption data and public facility operating signals of commercial areas, residential areas and public areas, supporting centralized management and intelligent scheduling of the whole community.
Applied in light industrial production lines to connect speed, weight, temperature and position sensors. Collect analog signals of production equipment and product processing parameters, transmit data to the KNX system for auxiliary monitoring of production processes, and support simple linkage control of supporting equipment.
