Schneider MTN644892 is a professional binary input module from the SpaceLogic KNX REG-K series, exclusively engineered for Building Automation Systems (BAS). As a high-performance interface component, its core function is to convert digital signals from 4 conventional devices with 24V AC/DC output into KNX bus-recognizable digital commands, realizing seamless integration of traditional 24V control equipment and sensors with modern KNX intelligent automation systems. It is an ideal and cost-effective interface solution for both the intelligent upgrade of existing building control systems and the signal access of conventional devices in newly built BAS projects, with a humanized hardware design and flexible software configuration to meet the diverse signal acquisition and control needs of building automation.
The module is built with Schneider's industrial-grade hardware design standards, equipped with an integrated bus coupler and plug-in screw terminals, and supports 35mm DIN rail installation complying with EN50022, which can be perfectly fitted into standard electrical distribution cabinets without additional data rails for bus connection, greatly simplifying on-site wiring and installation work. It also adopts an independent channel design to effectively reduce signal interference between channels, and its IP20 protection level is fully adapted to the conventional working environment of building electrical control cabinets, ensuring stable and continuous operation of the equipment.

Each input channel is configured with a yellow LED indicator to display the input voltage level in real time, and a green LED indicator is specially set to show the device operation readiness status after the application program is loaded. Flexible KNX Software Configuration
Fully compatible with KNX ETS configuration software, it supports a variety of practical control functions including switch, dimming and blind control via input terminals, and can realize 8-bit positioning value adjustment for blind control systems. It is also equipped with rich customizable functions such as short/long press edge detection, anti-bounce time setting, interlock function and NC/NO contact switching, which can be flexibly adjusted according to actual project needs.
