一)Core Parameters
1. Technical Performance Parameters
Bus Protocol: Exclusively supports KNX wired bus protocol with built-in bus coupler, directly integrable into KNX building automation systems. All parameter configuration and control commands are transmitted via bus telegrams, not compatible with KNX wireless, Radio Bus or other bus protocols.
Control Functions: Supports three modes including 2-point control, continuous PI control and PWM switching control; output can realize stepless regulation from 0 to 100% or On/Off switching control. Compatible with heating, cooling single-mode and dual-mode operation, supports two-stage heating/cooling (up to 4 regulating outputs), with valve protection, temperature monitoring and reset parameter saving functions. Data can be collected via internal or external bus temperature sensors.
Operation & Display: No local operating elements, displays or indicator lights. All operating parameters (working mode, temperature setpoint, control logic) must be remotely configured via KNX software, avoiding on-site misoperation and meeting the needs of centralized property management.
Installation & Protection: Adopts flush concealed mounting design, equipped with mounting bracket and gypsum protective cover, compatible with standard junction boxes. IP20 protection rating for indoor dry environments, operating temperature compatible with regular room temperature scenarios in property buildings, bus connection via dedicated terminal blocks.
2. Appearance & Material Parameters
Material & Craftsmanship: Main body made of glossy thermoplastic plastic with excellent mechanical strength for long-term use, no special surface coating, easy to clean and maintain. Equipped with bus terminal blocks and mounting carrier plate, the structure is suitable for flush mounting needs.
Color Specification: Polar white appearance, color close to RAL9010 standard color, the glossy surface has a simple texture, which can integrate into the decoration styles of public areas and guest rooms in various property buildings, no transparent or colored decorative elements.

Suitable for centrally managed residences such as commercial residential communities and affordable housing, serving as a room temperature control terminal for indoor or public areas (corridors, duty rooms). Realizes centralized management and control by the property background through the KNX system; no local operating elements prevent owners from misadjusting parameters, supports zonal temperature control and energy consumption data collection, and the valve protection function extends equipment service life, helping properties achieve refined management and energy optimization.
2. Commercial Complexes/Office Buildings
Applicable to commercial properties such as shopping malls and high-end office buildings, deployable by floors and areas. Supports heating/cooling dual-mode switching to meet the linkage needs of central air-conditioning systems; PI control and stepless output can accurately control room temperature, conforming to the comfort requirements of office and business scenarios. The remote configuration function facilitates properties to quickly respond to the temperature control needs of different tenants, while avoiding on-site debugging interfering with business operations.

Suitable for large-scale property scenarios such as industrial parks and enterprise staff dormitories. The flush mounting design saves space, and the glossy polar white appearance adapts to the simple decoration of dormitories and public areas. The centralized management mode can uniformly set temperature control standards to prevent unauthorized modification or misoperation; the two-stage heating/cooling function meets the temperature control needs of large spaces such as dormitories and workshops, helping parks reduce operation and maintenance costs.
4. Serviced Apartment Properties
Can be applied to managed properties such as long-term rental apartments and serviced apartments, serving as the core room temperature control unit for guest rooms. After connecting to the apartment smart management platform, the property can remotely monitor room temperature and adjust operating modes; no local operating elements reduce equipment failures and misoperation risks.
