2. Product Features

Regular Color PPF
TPU Color PPF products on the market as a whole integrated together most of the coating method, there are two reasons will cause delamination: one is the flow extension of TPU talc precipitation problems; the second is the coefficient of thermal expansion of the material is not the same as TPU, in the natural environment, the risk of delamination is very high.

1. Cast TPU Color PPF, using low-temperature liquid film casting process. Raw materials and film-forming process, strictly control the content of carboxyl groups that cause hydrolysis, do not add slip agent, plasticizer, super weather-resistant products.

2.Nano color paste is evenly dispersed in liquid TPU, and the color is very uniform after film formation.

3. Installation Tips

Surface Preparation: Clean thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol before application.


Temperature: Apply in a 15°C–25°C (59°F–77°F) environment for best results.
