Product Description:
Compression bed is a new type of soft furniture that adopts a non rigid skeleton design and achieves flat packaging and transportation through vacuum compression technology. Its core feature is that the high resilience foam material is used as the main support, and the product volume is greatly reduced through compression packaging technology, which is convenient for transportation and storage.
Skeleton free design: The product abandons the wooden or metal frame of traditional furniture, and is filled with high elastic polyurethane foam (such as high resilient flexible polyurethane foam). The shape is soft and fluffy, similar to a large bean bag chair or cushion.
Vacuum compression technology: The product is flattened and vacuumed by a hydraulic press before leaving the factory, and then rolled up and packaged to reduce the packaging volume to 30% -50% of the original size, making it convenient for transportation in flattened cardboard boxes.
Automatic rebound molding: after unpacking, the internal foam material will expand by itself after contacting the air, and gradually return to the preset shape. To achieve optimal usage, it is usually recommended to let the material rest for 24 to 72 hours after opening to allow it to fully rebound.
