The reinforced aluminium-alloy panels with ABS/nylon hardware and matte-black UV-stable coating shrug off sun, rain, dust, gravel spray, and worksite abuse—no soft vinyl that tears or fades.
Security is the headline: once the cover is closed and the tailgate locked, cargo is out of sight and hard to reach. Perimeter EPDM/rubber seals, side-rail gaskets, and a clamp-on rail system keep most rain and outback dust out during commuting, farming, mining support, and overland trips. Fold or roll sections back for tall loads, then relock in seconds—mechanical operation, no motor, no battery, no app dependency.
JAC T9 / Hunter 2024, 2025, 2026 double-cab 4×2 / 4×4. Bed is ~1520×1590×470 mm. Some factory sports bars / roll bars must be removed or use bar-specific brackets; spray-in liners usually OK, over-rail liners may need trimming.
