Coaster Paperboard Introduction
Absorbing paper is a kind of paper made from pure wood pulp. Which is uncoated, normally it is nature color and super white color, ideal material for making coasters, clothing tags, beer mat board etc. With smooth surface and printable, suitbale for offset printing. Excellent water absorption. We can produce 0.4 mm - 3mm thinkness, size is customized.

1. High Absorbency: the primary feature; it is designed to quickly soak up condensation and minor spills. High-quality versions can absorb up to 3 times their weight in liquid.
2. Uncoated Surface: unlike PE laminated paper, coaster board is intentionally left uncoated to allow liquid to penetrate the fibers quickly.
Thickness & Rigidity: typically thick (ranging from 0.3mm to 3.5mm or 200-2000 gsm) to provide stability and prevent the coaster from disintegrating when wet.
3. Porous Structure: often features a multi-layer construction or an embossed texture that increases the surface area, enhancing capillary action and absorption speed.
4. Eco-Friendly: usually made from 100% virgin wood pulp or recycled paper fibers. It is biodegradable, plastic-free, and can be disposed of as regular paper waste.
5. Printability: provides a good surface for high-quality printing (digital or offset), making it ideal for branding and custom designs.
