BW & BH series protectors offer protection against both over-current and over-temperature conditions. They are firmly sealed with small internal resistance, operate silently, and reset automatically. When current flows through the temperature and current-sensitive bimetal, the bimetal's status changes in response to over-temperature or over-current conditions, either cutting off or switching on the circuit. BH series protectors are safer than standard protectors as they eliminate temperature effect lag under sudden high current conditions.
