When the pressure inside the system exceeds the preset safety value, it will automatically open to discharge the medium, thereby effectively preventing overpressure accidents.
The core working principle of our spring-loaded safety valve lies in achieving automatic opening and closing through the balance between the system pressure and the preload force of the spring. In normal conditions, the valve remains closed. Once the pressure exceeds the set limit, the valve disc is pushed up to relieve the pressure. When the pressure drops back to a safe level, the spring resets, and the valve closes again.
