This cart uses auxiliary heating to convert SF₆ from liquid to gaseous state, enabling rapid inflation. If SF₆ inflation rates of hundreds of kilograms per hour are required, Shanghai Kstone's KSCZ-JY-10 high-speed heated inflation unit can achieve inflation speeds of 800-1000 kg/h.
The equipment has the following functions:
The inflation cart features hand-push mobility.
The inflation cart is equipped with a weighing function.
The inflation cart can inflate different types of circuit breakers by replacing various inflation nozzles.
The inflation cart has an auxiliary heating function with a heating element power of 2.2 kW.
A complete serial interface is added for data exchange or detection.
The required inflation pressure can be simply set via the handle, and the cylinder pressure can be reduced to the desired inflation pressure using a pressure reducer.
During inflation, self-sealing connections prevent gas emissions.
The weight of the recharged gas can be easily recorded via the weighing device.
