High-performance extrusion line designed for silicone wire insulation and sheath production with maximum speeds up to 80m/min.
Key Components
Hopper: Raw material entry point with feed hopper for controlled material transfer into extruder barrel
Barrel: Cylindrical chamber with heating elements and screws for controlled material processing
Screw: Rotating component with feed, compression, and metering zones for material transfer and viscosity distribution
Die: Final shaping component that determines cable cross-sectional shape and size
Silicone Cable Characteristics
Silicone rubber cables feature high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas resistance, and waterproof properties. The cable structure is flexible with stable electrical performance in extreme temperatures (-60℃ to 180℃), excellent anti-aging performance, and long service life.
