This commercial multi-function steaming cabinet is essential kitchen equipment for hotels, restaurants, school & factory canteens, catering central kitchens and food processing plants, ideal for steaming rice, buns, dumplings, meat, seafood and vegetables in batches.
The whole cabinet is crafted from thickened food-grade stainless steel, featuring rust-proof, oil-resistant and easy-to-clean properties, fully complying with international food contact hygiene standards. The integrated thick insulation layer effectively locks heat inside, reduces steam loss and cuts energy consumption during long-hour continuous work.
Equipped with multi-layer removable stainless steel steaming trays, it supports large-capacity batch cooking and flexible classification of different foods without flavor mixing. The heavy-duty locking door handle with silicone sealing strip ensures tight airtightness, maintains constant high temperature inside the cabinet and shortens steaming time greatly.
It adopts high-efficiency heating system with stable steam output. The bottom water tank design avoids dry burning; the red emergency water filling knob is easy to operate for quick water supplement. Four universal brake casters at the bottom allow flexible movement and stable fixation in any kitchen layout.
Built-in complete safety protection systems including anti-dry burning auto power-off, overheat protection and pressure relief device to eliminate potential safety hazards during all-day commercial use. Multiple capacity specifications (6/8/10/12 trays) are optional to match small takeout shops and large group canteens. Custom voltage, plug types and power parameters are available for global export orders.
