Steam distillation apparatus 6 hole infrared ceramic heating
The steam distillation apparatus co-distills the plant material containing volatile components with water, so that the volatile components are distilled out with the water vapor. This distillation apparatus is suitable for the extraction of plant active ingredients that are volatile, can be distilled with steam without being destroyed, are stable in water and are insoluble or insoluble in water.
1. The intelligent steam generator is matched with the intelligent integrated distillation apparatus to solve various operational drawbacks of the current steam distillation;
2. Anti-suckback/anti-bumping: set up an anti-vacuum solenoid valve with anti-suckback function; the heating system is equipped with micro-boiling and full-boiling modes, and the heating power can be adjusted according to the boiling point or experimental state of different samples to prevent bumping.
3. Far-infrared ceramic heating: The heating module adopts far-infrared ceramic heating furnace, which has a wide adjustment range, high heat radiation efficiency, fast distillation speed and long service life.
4. Steam distillation and self-locking function: The steam distillation method can choose the distillation speed according to the boiling point of different samples, and the steam pipeline is connected by a three-way valve to solve the phenomenon of back suction.
5. Single-point and single-control technology: Each distillation unit can be set for a single hole timing, independent control, independent operation, automatic power off alarm after distillation, easy to operate.
6. Large LCD touch screen design, easy to operate.
