Usually there are single-neck, three-neck and four-neck, 17, 19, 24 and other standard ports, all equipped with stoppers; detachable for cleaning, smooth inner wall; used for heating water baths, oil baths, etc., the operating temperature range is -200 ℃ ~250°C.
1. Asbestos mesh should be placed when heating, or other heat baths can be used for heating. When heating, the amount of liquid should not exceed 2/3 of the volume and not less than 1/3 of the volume.
2. When configuring accessories (such as thermometers, etc.), appropriate rubber stoppers should be selected, and special attention should be paid to checking whether the air tightness is good.
3. Add a small amount of zeolite at the bottom of the bottle before distillation to prevent bumping.
4. When heating, it should be placed on the asbestos mesh to make it heated evenly.
5. After distillation, the piston must be closed first and then the heating should be stopped to prevent sucking back.
