The components of this mixer that contact materials (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, mixing blade shaft) are constructed from all-alloy materials, eliminating the need for spraying or electroplating. In the mixing chamber, two rotors turn at a defined speed ratio relative to one another, drawing material in from the feed port and guiding it through the roller nip, where it is subjected to squeezing and shear forces from the rotors. Once through the nip, the material strikes the sharp edge of the "W"-shaped chamber, splitting into two streams that travel through the clearances between the rotors and the front/rear chamber walls before returning to the top of the rotors. Within the closed chamber, the material undergoes intensive shear mixing under precise control of temperature and pressure, achieving thorough dispersion and plasticization of the formulation components for optimum performance.
The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design that eliminates dead angles, ensuring material shearing and dispersion meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are manufactured from full alloy materials, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring spraying or electroplating.
During normal operation, non-consumable parts are guaranteed for one year. We provide on-site installation guidance and long-term technical support.
