Every component of this mixer that directly contacts the material—namely, the mixing chamber, side plates, pressure hammer, and mixing blade shaft—is constructed from all-alloy materials, rendering any additional spraying or electroplating unnecessary. The unit is purpose-built for the controlled-temperature stirring, dispersion, and blending of metal powders with binders and other formulations. Upon reaching a mud-like consistency, the resulting mass is extruded and granulated to ready it for further manufacturing stages.

The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two parts that travel along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors before returning to the rotor top. Within the enclosed mixing chamber, materials experience strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation materials for optimal performance.
The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design that eliminates dead angles, ensuring material shearing and dispersion meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are manufactured from full alloy materials, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring spraying or electroplating.
During normal operation, non-consumable parts are guaranteed for one year. We provide on-site installation guidance and long-term technical support.
