Operating at a specific rotational speed ratio, the two rotors inside the mixing chamber work together to pull material from the inlet and convey it through the roll gap, where compressive and shearing actions are applied. After exiting the gap, the material collides with the sharp apex of the "W"-shaped chamber and is split into two fractions, each flowing through the spaces between the rotors and the front/rear walls before cycling back to the rotor crest. The enclosed mixing environment, with tightly regulated pressure and temperature, subjects the material to strong shear mixing, ensuring full dispersion and plasticization of the compound ingredients to deliver optimal product performance.
The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover creating a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design that eliminates dead angles, ensuring material shearing and dispersion meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade and all material-contact components (mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, stirring blade shaft) are manufactured from full alloy materials, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life without requiring spraying or electroplating.
During normal operation, non-consumable parts are guaranteed for one year. We provide on-site installation guidance and long-term technical support.
