The Leather Softness Tester is a non-destructive testing equipment specifically designed to measure the softness of materials such as leather and animal skins. This instrument can quickly measure leather softness without damaging the material, and is used to evaluate whether the softness and hardness of the same batch of leather are uniform, or the difference in softness between different parts of a single piece of leather.
Leather Softness Tester is used for testing the softness of leather and animal skin by non-destructive method. It determines whether leather softness in the same batch is uniform or identifies differences in different parts of single leather.
The Leather Soft Tester uses a small pneumatic control valve to drive force to the probe, which follows down at a specified speed and pressure onto the leather clamped on the base. The softness value is read by the indicator on the pressure arm.

Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance. Considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 additional months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an email or call us - we will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
For our standard machines in stock: 3-7 working days. For machines not in stock: normally 15-20 working days after payment is received. If you have urgent needs, we will make special arrangements for you.

Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version via email. Most of our machines are shipped as complete units, already installed - you just need to connect the power cable and start using them. If necessary, we can also assist you with on-site installation.
