Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance. Considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an email or call us. We will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
Q: What about the delivery term?
A: For standard machines with stock in warehouse: 3-7 working days. For no stock items: normally 15-20 working days after payment is received. For urgent needs, we will make special arrangements.
Q: Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
A: Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services and can put your logo on the machine.
Q: How can I install and use the machine?
A: Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through email. Most machines are shipped fully assembled - you just need to connect the power cable and start using. If necessary, we can assist with on-site installation.
