UP-6124 Stable Highly Accelerated Aging Test Chamber
This HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) aging chamber features a rapid-response humidification system that significantly reduces humidity testing time for semiconductors. By operating at temperatures above 100°C with increased pressure, it simulates normal humidity tests while maintaining identical failure mechanisms, completing tests in days or weeks instead of months.
