UP-5030 Plastic Flammability Tester Burning Rate Test Apparatus With Angle Adjustable
Introducation: The vertical + horizontal combustion tester is suitable for the combustion resistance test of various wire and cable insulation coating materials, printed circuit board materials, IC insulators and other organic materials.
During the test, place the test piece on the top of the flame, burn for 15 seconds, and extinguish for 15 seconds. After repeating 5 times, check the burning condition of the specimen.
The burning, extinguishing time and repetition times can be set, and it can be operated automatically.
Applicable to VW-1 of UL1581.UL13.UL444.UL1655 and FT-1 of CSA. Technical parameter: 1. Vertical combustion box: made according to UL1581 standard size, the internal size is 305*355*610mm. 2. Horizontal combustion box: Made according to UL1581 standard size, the internal size is 305*355*610mm. 3. Vertical spark nozzle: The nozzle angle is 20 degrees, with gas control valve. 4. Horizontal spark nozzle: The nozzle angle is 90 degrees, with gas control valve. 5. Vertical or horizontal nozzle selection mode. 6. Select manual/automatic mode. 7. For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days;
