Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. We offer 12 months for FREE maintenance, with an additional 2 months extension considering sea transportation. If your machine doesn't work, contact us via email or phone. We will diagnose the problem and provide solutions within 24 to 48 hours.
What about the delivery term?
For standard machines in stock: 3-7 working days. For non-stock items: 15-20 working days after payment. Urgent orders receive special arrangements.
