Yes, we are one of the professional manufacturers of Environmental Chambers, Leather shoe testing equipment, and Plastic Rubber testing Equipment in China. Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance. Considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an e-mail or call us - we will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once confirmed, solutions are offered within 24 to 48 hours.
What about the delivery term?
For standard machines in stock: 3-7 working days. For machines not in stock: 15-20 working days after payment is received. For urgent needs, we will make special arrangements.
Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services, including placing your logo on the machine.
How can I install and use the machine?
Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you an English operation manual or video via email. Most machines are shipped fully assembled - you just need to connect the power cable and start using. If necessary, we can assist with on-site installation.
