Alarm-Equipped Accelerated Aging Chamber With Over Temperature Protection
HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) chambers reduce the time it takes to complete humidity testing for semiconductors. By elevating temperatures above 100°C and increasing the pressure, simulation of normal humidity tests can be made while maintaining the same failure mechanisms. Tests can be completed in days, or weeks. Our HAST systems have a modern design that's easier to use: 1. Automatic humidity filling 2. Automatic door lock 3. A round workspace,allowing wider sample boards to be loaded 4. Convenient,hermetic power-pin system for bias testing We now offer and "Air HAST" modification for faster testing of lead-free solder whisker resistance to humidity.
HAST chamber characteristics: 1. Large capacity water tank, long testing time, fully automatic water supply. The humidity test chamber was not interrupted. 2. Sample signal application terminal that matches the number of samples 3. The humidity test chamber adopts a 7-inch actual color touch screen and 250 sets of 12500 segment programs. It has a USB curve data download function with RS-485 communication interface. 4. Using an efficient vacuum pump to achieve high purity and saturated steam inside the tank. 5. Integrated silicone door pad with good gas density and long service life. 6. Specialized equipment can be customized according to different customer needs. (The size and deviation of the inner box can meet different testing needs of customers).

For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days; If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment is received; If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you. 3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine? Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines but also customized machines according to your requirements.
