UP-1000 Ink Friction Decoloring Test Machine Ink Decolorization Testing Machine
Introducation: This machine is applicable to testing ink layer of materials like labels, folding cartons, corrugated boxes, etc. Ink Rub Tester can do dry or wet rubbing test, discoloration test, paper fuzzy test, and special friction test. It can help users to analyze the reason of lower abrasion assistance, ink layer falling-off, lower printable of PS board, and adhesion of coating layers of other products.

Application Function: Dry grinding test, wet grinding test, bleaching change test Paper fuzzy test and special friction test, effectively analyze the problem of poor rub resistance, poor adhesion, ink layer peeling off, ink discoloration, low printing durability of PS plate and poor coating hardness of other products.
Product Features: 1. LCD English display, fully automatic test 2. The principle of mechatronics, the set friction test,before the test, the number of frictions required by the test standard or the operator's own is input into the control system. The test can realize automatic control and beep at the end of each test. 3. The control system has a power-off memory function, that is, the parameter state input before the last power-off is maintained after each power-on. The actuator uses a high-precision motor with precision optical shaft bearings to drive the friction body for linear reciprocating friction
