Product Introduction
The Oxygen Index Tester is designed to determine the minimum volume fraction of oxygen required to sustain the combustion of various materials under standard laboratory conditions.
It works by feeding a mixed gas of oxygen and nitrogen at a stable flow rate to form a uniform combustion atmosphere. By testing and recording the critical oxygen concentration that just supports the continuous combustion of vertical specimens, it accurately evaluates the flame retardant performance and combustion characteristics of materials.
This tester features high testing accuracy, stable gas flow control, intuitive digital display, and simple operation.

1. Are you a Manufacturer? Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Yes, we are one of the professional manufacturers of Environmental Chambers, Leather shoe testing equipment, and Plastic Rubber testing Equipment in China. Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance. Considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 additional months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an email or call us. We will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What about the delivery term?
For our standard machines in stock: 3-7 working days
For machines not in stock: 15-20 working days after payment is received
For urgent needs: We will make special arrangements to accommodate your timeline.
3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We offer not only standard machines but also customized machines according to your specific requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services, including placing your logo on the machine.
4. How can I install and use the machine?
Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through email. Most of our machines are shipped as complete units, already installed. You just need to connect the power cable and start using it. If necessary, we can also assist you with on-site installation.
