The Thermal Shock Test Chamber is a specialized environmental testing device designed to evaluate the resistance of materials, components, and products to sudden and extreme temperature changes. It simulates real-world thermal stress by rapidly transferring test specimens between separate hot and cold zones within seconds.
The hot zone typically ranges from +50°C to +200°C or higher, while the cold zone can drop to -65°C. The chamber employs either a two-zone or three-zone configuration: in a two-zone system, a moving basket physically shifts samples between zones; in a three-zone design, a central test area is alternately exposed to hot or cold air via dampers. This rapid cycling induces thermal expansion and contraction, helping identify potential failures such as cracking, delamination, or seal leakage.

Yes, we are one of the professional manufacturers of Environmental Chambers, Leather shoe testing equipment, and Plastic Rubber testing Equipment in China. Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance, and considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an email or call us. We will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
For our standard machines with stock in the warehouse: 3-7 working days. For machines without stock: normally 15-20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make special arrangements for you.

Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through email. Most of our machines are shipped as complete units, meaning they are already installed. You just need to connect the power cable and start using it. If necessary, we can also assist you with on-site installation.
