Product Introduction
TD-1208 fully automatic true density tester, the all-in-one design is beautiful and practical. Quickly measure the true density of various powders, block solids and the porosity of porous materials.
The measuring volume range is 0.01~100cm³, with a 100ml sample bin, and equipped with three sample tubes of 10ml, 30ml and 60ml, which can be selected according to the test needs.
It has an intelligent self-checking program to automatically judge the sealing of the test system. It runs fully automatically under computer control, with high test accuracy and good repeatability.
Application Field
Widely used in graphite, catalysts, filter materials, minerals, pharmaceuticals, cement, powdered food, desiccant, metal, alumina, titanium dioxide, solid foam, ceramics, battery materials, zeolite, carbon materials, molecular sieves, soil, fertilizers, jewelry, cosmetics, fiber, building materials, petrochemicals, organic compounds and other granular, block, foam solid samples of true density, porous materials testing.

Instrument advantages
1. Instrument structure: It integrates sample test chamber, sample cylinder, pressure sensor, control valve, etc., which is beautiful and practical.
2. Standard sample cylinder: It is equipped with three specifications of sample cylinders, 10ml, 30ml and 60ml, which can be flexibly selected according to the sample volume and shape during testing. Small volume sample cylinders and corresponding filling bodies can be customized according to their needs to improve test accuracy and reduce errors.
3. Porosity test: The porosity of regular solid materials such as block and foam materials can be tested.
4. Test pressure range: The test pressure range is 0~133Kp, and the test pressure can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the sample.
5. Automatic calibration: The instrument is equipped with automatic calibration function, gas circuit self-check function, intelligent pressure increase and pressure relief control, and fully sealed overall structure to prevent the splashing of powder materials during testing.
6. Test time: The test analysis time is about 2 minutes/time, the test speed is fast, the accuracy is high, the test can be repeated many times, the test report can be automatically saved, and the document can be exported as PDF and TXT for storage.
7. Standard materials: Standard stainless steel balls of different specifications are configured for instrument calibration.
8. Self-developed software test method: The operation is simple and convenient. When the sample is placed in the test chamber according to the operating procedures, click the special test menu with one click, and the vacuum pump, solenoid valve, etc. will respond immediately, and the test will be completed automatically within 2 minutes.
9. Standard vacuum pump gas source Higher test accuracy: After pressurization, the gas adsorbed by the sample cannot be discharged in equal amounts after the pressure is reduced, which will cause test errors. The configuration of the vacuum pump will completely discharge the residual gas in the system to a large extent, making the test more accurate and more precise.
