BD-D93-5208D Rapid low temperature closed flash point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 5208-2008 "Determination of flash point - Rapid equilibrium closed cup method".
It has advanced design, reasonable structure, intuitive display, simple operation, accurate detection and stable performance. It is an ideal substitute for imported instruments and can meet the needs of petroleum, chemical industry, coatings, paints, railways, aviation, electric power, commodity inspection, military, and related industries. Requirements for closed flash point rapid testing of petroleum products by universities and scientific research institutions.
It is particularly suitable for testing the closed cup flash point of various paints, paints, adhesives, solvents, petroleum and related products whose closed cup flash point is in the range of -10℃~+100℃. This instrument also meets the requirements of ISO 1523 and ISO 3679 standards.
Main technical features
1. Comply with current standard requirements: Comply with the requirements of GB/T 5208-2008 standard, ISO 1523 and ISO 3679 standards.
2. Micro-volume rapid balance detection: 2 ml of liquid sample (4 ml of solid or semi-solid sample); fast detection speed.
3. Integrated design of refrigeration system: The test bath adopts an integrated design of semiconductor refrigeration, air-cooled semiconductor refrigeration circulating water cooling semiconductor refrigeration devices. It has a compact structure, no need for external cooling water, and is easy to use.
4. Color touch screen technology: Color touch screen display and single-chip microcomputer technology, all operation control is completed on the display screen.
5. Intelligent control technology: The instrument automatically controls the temperature and detects the flash point. After the test, it locks and prints the test results.
