Product introduction
The dispensing hot cell is equipped with an air cleaning system with negative pressure external exhaust. F18 fully automatic dispensing instrument or manual dispensing protection device can be installed inside, which is especially suitable for independent PET-CT (cyclotron-free system)
The dispensing hot chamber consists of three parts.
The control area is located in the upper part and is equipped with an independent full-exhaust air cleaning unit and a high-efficiency air filtration unit. The operation control panel is tilted 15° inward for easy daily use and observation by the operator;
The working area is located in the middle, with a leaded glass window and two hand holes for subassembly operations to enter the working area;
The auxiliary area is located at the lower part and is equipped with an activity meter ionization chamber shielding well and a radioactive material transfer device, which fully meets the functions of PET radiopharmaceuticals such as F18 and Ga-67 in the dispensing process.

Technical performance
1. It can meet the operation of PET-CT drug filling, and the working area meets the A(C+A) purification level.
2. Six-sided lead enclosed protection, through the setting of hand hole and drug administration sliding door, effectively reduce the radiation dose of workers during filling operation.
3. The front is equipped with a high-lead glass observation window consistent with the protection capacity of the box.
4. There are two operation hand holes on the front, and they are equipped with a protective cover with a locking device.
5. The activity meter detection well is equipped with a sunken activity meter ionization chamber protection well, which can adjust the height of the lifting ionization shielding room up and down.
6. The drug lead electric lifting device is equipped to effectively reduce the labor intensity of the staff and shorten the close contact time with radioactive drugs.
7. The positive opening acrylic protective door is equipped with two closed gloves.
8. The matching radiation monitoring probe is used to monitor the radiation dose of the environment in the cabinet in real time.
9. The inner tank is welded with 2.0mm thick 304 mirror stainless steel, the surface treatment has no welding points, and the corner adopts R15 arc angle transition.
10. It has its own power exhaust filtration system, the rated exhaust volume of the fan is ≥1200m³/h, and the wind speed of the front hole is ≥1m/s.
11. It is equipped with an intelligent AI human-computer interaction control platform, which can intelligently control the lighting, sterilization, negative pressure ventilation, drug lifting platform, switch socket, door interlocking and other functions of the fume hood in a non-contact manner.
