Description
BD-D92-3536D fully automatic open flash point tester is based on the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 3536 "Cleveland Open Cup Method for Determination of Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products" and the American Society for Materials standard ASTM D92 "Cleveland Open Cup Method Flash Point and Designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in "Fire Point Test Method" and ISO 2592 "Horizontal Open Cup Method for Determination of Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum and Related Products". It is applicable to the determination of open cup flash points other than fuel oil according to the methods specified in this standard. The Cleveland open cup flash point and fire point of petroleum products with points above 79°C.
Main technical features
1. This instrument uses an 8-inch IPS high-definition capacitive screen, a 32-bit ARM processor, and a 24-bit high-precision AD chip to record experimental data, status parameters, and display curves in real time.
2. It has the function of automatically measuring atmospheric pressure and automatically correcting the flash point value.
3. Equipped with a Bluetooth interface to wirelessly connect to a computer or mobile APP for data collection and analysis.
4. Ignition method, electronic ignition, gas flame.
5. Use a high-precision regulating valve to adjust the flame size.
6. Data is stored in the cloud and will never be lost. Records can be viewed anytime and anywhere, and remote prediction, abnormality warning, comprehensive evaluation of operating status, and maintenance are possible.
