SH0248CQ Automatic solidifying point pour point cold filter point tester
The SH0248CQ fully automatic freezing point, pour point, and cold filter point measuring instrument is based on the national standard GB/T510 "Petroleum Product Pour Point Determination Method", SH/T 0248, and GB/T3535. It adopts contemporary advanced technology, integrates mechanical, optical, electronic, and computer technology, and can automatically complete the testing of petroleum product pour point, pour point, and cold filter point. This instrument adopts photoelectric detection technology and glass tube automatic tilting method, The imported compressor refrigeration system ensures that the required cooling depth is achieved.
Technical characteristics:
● 7-inch color LCD touch screen;
● After the experiment is completed, if there is no personnel operation, the automatic shutdown time of the refrigeration machine can be set arbitrarily within 0-50 minutes to avoid frequent opening of the compressor and extend the service life of the instrument,
● The experimental results can store 199 sets of historical data for easy retrieval;
● Equipped with USB output function, output to PC for long-term storage in CSV or Excel format.
● Standard printing: Standard micro printer with automatic measurement and thermal printing
● Data memory: The memory of the microcomputer instrument can be expanded to 16GB.
★ Remote upgrade: Equipped with TCP network transmission function, software remote upgrade can be performed later (optional)
