ST208A Simple Haugh Value Tester
The haugh value of eggs is an indicator specified by the US Department of Agriculture's egg standards for testing and indicating the freshness of eggs. Currently, this indicator is also used in China, and it is mainly divided into four levels: AA level: 72 or higher; Grade A: 71-60; B-level: 59-31; Grade C: 30 or lower;
The calculation formula for the Haugh unit is Ha=100 * lg [h+7.57-1.7 * (w ^ 0.37)], where h (mm) is the height for measuring concentrated protein and w (g) is the mass for measuring eggs.
