SH103A automatic trace moisture measuring instrument introduction

This instrument adopts the Karl Fischer Coulomb titration method, which can reliably determine trace moisture in liquid, gas, and solid samples. During testing, for solids that are insoluble in reagents and substances that are prone to contaminating electrodes and reagent reactions, corresponding solid, gas, and liquid samplers can be used for indirect determination. It is an efficient and fully automated analytical instrument. Widely used in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, railway, environmental protection, and scientific research institutions.

The relative molecular energy of water is much smaller than that of oil. After gasification, the volume increases sharply, causing an increase in system pressure drop and power consumption. Therefore, the high content of oil can cause fluctuations in device operation and cause tower flushing. And the inorganic salts (Call2, MgCl2) brought in by water can also exacerbate the corrosion of the device
