SH101B Mechanical impurity meter

The SH101B Automatic Mechanical Impurity Content Tester (without balance) is designed according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T511 "Mechanical Impurity Determination Method for Petroleum Products and Additives (Gravimetric Method)". It is suitable for measuring the mechanical impurity content of various light and heavy oils, lubricants, and additives in petroleum products. After weighing, the weight is input from the touch screen and the instrument automatically prints.

Method Summary

Weigh a certain amount of sample and dissolve it in the solvent used. Filter it with a constant weight filter paper or microporous glass filter. The impurities left on the filter paper or microporous glass filter are called mechanical impurities
