The SH017 automatic silicone cone penetration meter is based on the Chinese chemical industry standard HG/T2502-1993 "5201 Silicone Grease" GJB3382-1998 "Specification for Thermal Conductive Silicone Grease" and the fake breast MZ_ Designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the industry standard T 154-2020, it is a special instrument for testing the cone penetration of silicone grease.

Suitable for silicone grease thickened from dimethyl silicone oil through vapor phase silica. It is also suitable for testing various thermal pastes, heat dissipation pastes, heat conduction silicones, heat dissipation silicones, heat conduction silicones, heat conduction silicones, heat conduction muds, potting adhesives, insulation pastes, etc., as well as for the cone penetration of false breasts made of silicone as the main material.

According to the standard requirements, the S-shaped cone penetration value should be 270-330; The F type cone penetration value should be 320-380; The N-type cone penetration value should be 90-120. Cone penetration refers to the use of free falling motion to release a certain mass of cone from the cone penetration meter downward at 25℃, and measure the depth of penetration of the cone into the test article within 5 seconds after the release.

The automatic silicone cone penetrometer is based on a microprocessor and integrates mechanical, optoelectronic, and micro detection technologies. The lifting arm automatically lifts, the touch screen fine adjusts the distance, automatically determines the results, and automatically prints.
