The SD-6536C petroleum product distillation and boiling range analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese national standards GB/T 6536 "Distillation Method for Petroleum Products" and GB/T 7534-2004 "Boiling Range Determination of Volatile Organic Liquids for Industrial Use.".

The distillation range refers to the temperature range from the initial boiling point to the final boiling point, which represents the evaporation characteristics of oil products obtained through distillation under specified conditions.

Boiling range: The temperature at which the first drop of liquid begins to condense in the condenser during distillation is the initial distillation temperature; the temperature near the end of distillation is the final distillation temperature, and the interval between these two temperatures is the boiling range

Applicable to the distillation determination of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuels, and similar petroleum products, as well as the boiling range of chemical products such as methanol.

● A special heating furnace design is adopted to ensure test safety, with continuously adjustable heating power to meet test requirements.

● This instrument comes with a complete set of accessories, is easy to use, and allows for distillation tests of petroleum products under low-temperature conditions immediately upon purchase.

● The condensate tank is made of stainless steel and can be heated or cooled

● Internal refrigeration cycle, no need for external cooling water circulation
