SD-2801A cone penetration tester is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements and relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 269 "Grease and petroleum grease cone penetration determination method". The SH269-1 manual grease working tool completes the pre-treatment of the cone penetration test sample by manually pressing and shearing according to the requirements of the GB/T269 "Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating and Stone Greases" test standard under the specified test conditions.

Note:

According to GB/T269 cone penetration testing, the general situation is as follows:

● Ordinary cone penetration testing is generally carried out using the SD2801A cone penetration tester, which detects the non working cone penetration value.

● Constant temperature cone penetration testing: It requires high precision and strict testing according to standards. The SD2801C constant temperature cone penetration tester is needed for testing. This model is equipped with a temperature control device, which can raise the temperature to 25 degrees in winter and lower it to 25 degrees in summer. After uniform temperature control, cone penetration testing is carried out, and the tested cone penetration value is the non working cone penetration value.

● 60 working cone penetration and extended working cone penetration tests: generally require the use of SD2801A in conjunction with SH269 100000 shear testing machine. If high temperature requirements are required, the experiment can be conducted at a constant temperature of 25 degrees, and SD2801C can be used in conjunction with SH269 100000 shear testing machine. The measured values are 60 working cone penetration values and extended working cone penetration values.
