SY0326 grease leakage measurement instrument is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the SH/T0326 standard.

Lubricant Leakage Measurement: This instrument involves placing the test sample into a modified front wheel hub and axle assembly, allowing the hub and axle to operate together under specified conditions for 360±5 minutes. The leakage of grease or oil is measured, and the bearing surface condition is observed at the end of the test. This instrument is suitable for measuring the leakage of automotive wheel bearing grease and can be used to distinguish products with significantly different leakage characteristics.

● The instrument adopts integrated design, meaningful appearance, easy to operate;

● Unique heat pipe rod insert casting body box-type heating system makes the heating speed is fast and the temperature control accuracy is high;

● Imported motor rotation, low noise, stable speed, good mechanical properties and small wear;

● The hub and shaft assembly structure is compact, small end clearance, bearings are imported parts, reliability and wear resistance is guaranteed;

● Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, precision ±0.5℃, PT100 sensor;

● Digital display timer, record the test time;

● There is a thermometer hole on the shaft assembly;

● Standard motor 660r/min±30r/min;

● Two groups of heating power combined 660W;

● The body is surrounded by thermal insulation cotton.
