The SH259B fully automatic water-soluble acid tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 7598-2008 "Determination of Water-Soluble Acid (Colorimetric Method) for Transformer Oil and Turbine Oil in Operation" and GB/T 259 "Determination of Water-Soluble Acid and Alkali for Petroleum Products."

It is specifically used for measuring the water-soluble acid (pH) in petroleum products such as transformer oil, turbine oil, and fire-resistant oil. The instrument features high automation, requiring only the injection of oil samples and water as per standard regulations. It then strictly follows the prescribed sequence to perform heating, oscillation, oil-water separation, dual water sample extraction, addition of two indicators (bromocresol green and bromocresol purple), color development, colorimetric measurement, and display/printing of results.

While enhancing work efficiency and testing accuracy, the instrument minimizes user contact with samples and reagents, ensuring maximum personal safety. No manual measurement is needed—simply place the sample in the sample cup, and the instrument will automatically handle sampling, heating/oscillation, measurement, liquid discharge, and result display.

It is suitable for measuring water-soluble acid in liquid petroleum products, additives, lubricating greases, paraffin, and wax-containing components, and is widely applied in petroleum, power, chemical, pharmaceutical, commodity inspection, scientific research, environmental protection, and other fields.

● The oversized color touchscreen LCD allows for easy operation via a touch-sensitive display.

● The pH value is determined by the colorimetric method.

● The instrument features high automation, requiring only the standard injection of oil and water. It automatically performs functions such as heating, oscillation, static settling, oil-water separation, color development, colorimetry, display, and printing of test results.

● It can process and sequentially complete the testing of 1 to 3 samples at a time.
