SH302A Portable Oil Particle Counter
The SH302A portable oil particle counter is an instrument specifically designed for detecting contamination levels in oils, developed in accordance with national and international standards such as GB/T 18854-2002 (ISO 11171-1999). It is suitable for on-site and laboratory contamination testing of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, shale oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, phosphate ester oil, and other oils. It can be widely applied in aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, and automobile manufacturing industries.

● Based on the principle of the light-blocking method (photometric method), it features fast detection speed, strong anti-interference capability, high accuracy, and excellent repeatability.
● High-precision sensors ensure high-resolution force and accuracy.
● Precision metering sampling system ensures constant sampling speed and controlled sampling volume.
● Color LCD display with touchscreen operation.
● Built-in particle contamination standards such as GB/T 14039, ISO 4406, NAS 1638, GJB 420A, GJB 420B, SAE749D, ГОСТ 17216, AS 4059D, and can be customized with required standards upon user request.
● Up to 990 particle size channels for convenient particle size analysis.
● It can store three calibration curves (ACFTD calibration curve, ISOMTD calibration curve, GOST calibration curve) simultaneously and switch between them easily, reducing conversion errors.
● Equipped with a USB interface, it can store detection data to a USB flash drive.
● Built-in printer, capable of directly printing out test reports.
● The instrument enables continuous automatic online detection with adjustable interval settings.
● Features a rinsing function with adjustable rinsing volume.
● Equipped with a high-strength imported injection-molded shell, the design is compact, lightweight, and portable.
