SH112E Automatic low temp kinematic viscometer

SH112E low temperature petroleum kinematic viscometer conforms to the national standard GB/T 265 "Petroleum product kinematic viscosity measurement method and dynamic viscosity calculation method" standard measurement requirements.Two samples with different viscosities can be placed simultaneously for experimentation.

Kinematic viscosity: At a constant temperature, determine the gravitational flow of a specified volume of the model using a calibrated glass capillary viscometer. The viscosity constant of the capillary viscometer varies over time; the product's operating temperature is used to measure the liquid viscosity.

Main features

● The constant temperature bath is double-layer dewar bottle with low temperature. The temperature distribution in the bath is even and the temperature control effect is good.

● The instrument adopts precision digital temperature controller to control the temperature in the bathtub, the executive components are solid-state relay SSR, with temperature control accuracy and accuracy, no contact, no noise, no spark, fast action, long life and other characteristics.

● Capillary card adopts three point vertical type, flexible and convenient operation, reliable clamping.

● Adopting a color touch screen with Chinese display and no labeled buttons.

● Imported PT100 temperature sensor, adjustable from -40℃ to 60℃.

● Ability to store the constant of the capillary tube in case of power failure.

● Manual layout, manual cleaning, and automatic calculation of viscosity values.

● USB data output function, import to computer in Excel format.
