SH101B Mechanical impurity meter

The SH101B automatic mechanical impurity content analyzer (without balance) is designed according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T511 "Determination of Mechanical Impurities in Petroleum Products and Additives (Weight Method)". It is suitable for measuring the content of mechanical impurities in various light and heavy oils, lubricants, and additives in petroleum products. After weighing, the weight is input from the touch screen and the instrument automatically prints.

Method Summary

Weigh a certain amount of sample and dissolve it in the solvent used. Filter it through a constant weight filter paper or microporous glass filter. Impurities left on the filter paper or microporous glass filter are called mechanical impurities
