SH0175 distillate fuel oil oxidation stability instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in the People's Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0175 "distillate fuel oil oxidation stability determination method (acceleration method)".

It is suitable for the determination of intrinsic stability of intermediate distillate fuel oil by accelerated oxidation method according to the method specified in SH/T 0175 standard.This instrument is the oil production, production, use units, the relevant universities, scientific research departments and other test distillate fuel oil oxidation stability performance of a preferred automatic instrument.

Main performance

● The instrument is equipped with a temperature control meter to regulate the water bath temperature at 95°C ± 0.2°C. Users can also adjust the temperature control meter according to actual needs.

● The instrument's workbench is equipped with four test baths, enabling simultaneous testing of four specimens.

● The instrument is equipped with four flow meters, each indicating the gas flow rate into one of the four oxidation tubes. The oxygen source used by the instrument must have a purity of no less than 99.5%, and it can be directly connected from an oxygen cylinder. If the oxygen is sourced from the factory's main oxygen pipeline, a filter and pressure regulator should be installed before connecting to the instrument. The oxygen input port is located on the side of the instrument.

● The instrument is equipped with a timer to record the test duration, with an alarm alert when the time is up.

● The instrument is equipped with a dark box for light-protected storage before placing the oxidation tubes into the heating bath and for light-protected cooling after removing them.
