Unless otherwise specified, the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0621 rotational photometry method uses the D-line (589.3nm) of the sodium spectrum to determine energy intensity, with a measuring tube length of ldm (if other tube lengths are used, conversion should be made) and a measuring temperature of 20 ℃.
