Principle
The instrument is the product of the connection of electronic skills and mechanical transmission. It adopts electromechanical integration design and is mainly composed of force sensor, transmitter, microprocessor, load driving mechanism, computer and color inkjet printer.
It can perform many functional experiments on various materials, such as stripping, stretching, compression, bending, shearing, etc., and has the characteristics of wide measuring range, high precision and fast response. The experimental data can be displayed, recorded and printed in time.
Application
It is suitable for the stripping performance test of adhesive tape, protective film, label, release film (paper) and other products to detect the bond strength and stripping resistance of adhesive materials. It can do 180 degree stripping, 90 degree stripping and shear strength tests.
